This will be true with Macs by this fall, and Windows systems by early next year. Since Fuji and Konica have licensed the technology, at some point they also can be expected to sell workstations to transfer images to Photo CD discs. Anyone can make Photo CD compatible software with a very low investment ($695). Anyone with a license, such as Fuji or Konica, can make Photo CD Imaging Workstations (or even Photo CD discs).
