Dave, Does Adaptec offer any support on CI$? I have never seen any reference to that. I hang around the Netware forums where disk systems are constantly discussed, and I have never seen a message from anyone at Adaptec, nor have I seen any mention of an Adaptec forum. From what I can tell, Adaptec provides little, if any, support to customers. In the past they have refused me any help at all, instead insisting that I must go to one of their distrubutors. Unfortunately, the distributors have often been unable to provide solutions for any but the simplest problems. It is possible this may have changed at least somewhat. I noticed an 800 number on a piece of literature that came with my new 1542C. I haven't called it, so don't know what may be available. I hope Adaptec has or will change their policies. Their products seem to be generally good. I'm still just drooling over the juke boxes. <g> -=Rob=-
