Dave, Support is becoming more important to me every day. If you want an example of how things SHOULD be, go visit the Practical Peripherals forum (GO PPIFORUM) PPI provides the best support I have ever seen for any product, both here on CI$ and by phone. I buy and recommend only their modems, largely because of this. PPI modems are just slightly more expensive than the bottom-line products, and the little extra money is VERY well spent, both for high-quality products and outstanding service. Whenever I find that kind of quality and service, that vendor will get my dollars every time. I'm keeping my eye on the multi-CD products. Before long, we're going to really need such stuff. I already have 2-3 I would like to have access to all the time. -=Rob=-
