Dave, It's pretty hard to tell what will happen with support. Pressures to lower prices are so great that vendors may be forced to so something to maintain price competetion and still provide support. What I read is that prices for common business productivity applications may permanently fall to around $100. That doesn't leave much room for high-cost support operations. Only time will tell. Since I don't have a "compelling" business reason to have a multi-CDROM drive (I'm still working on that <g>) I may end up adding one at a time to a SCSI chain. If I can eventually get them for $200 or so, that wouldn't hurt so badly as $1,000+ for the 6-disk changer. I'm working on it. -=Rob=- P.S. Your text is AMAZINGLY clear <bg>
