Let me see if I can narrow it down for you:
The platform I will use is MS-DOS on all stand alone systems, and either MS-DOS
or UNIX for the networked systems.
No GUI.
No multimedia.
Probably will use hypertext.
Other capabilities: full text search, and the rest I am still looking into with
potential end-users.
Royalties: depend on the price and quality of the DB engine, and the amount of
the royalty.
My budget is not yet set, since this project is still in its infancy. I am
working on my bus plan now, however, and since I have not seen many estimates
yet, I am not certain of my budgets.
