Naut Install problem
HI folks,
I'm trying to install Nautilus Mar 93 from my Tosh 3401 using an Always IN-2000
SCSI board.
I try File>Run: k:SETUP or I double click on the SETUP file on K:
A new Win session is launched, titled Setup 1.77 with a nautilus graphic on the
left. The box says "Welcome to Nautilus" and at the bottom it says
"Initializing Nautilus Setup… one moment please" Then I get a MSGBOX title
ERROR:
Loadstring Failed with 8108
This happens 3 times, then I get the same thing with a different number: 8029,
then the 8108 message 3 more times.
Then a screen appears describing the setup, with a NEXT button on the lower
right. The next screen allows me to install Nautilus. I click on "Setup
Nautilus and selected Options", and specify a hard disk directory.
Immediately, I get red messages on the bottom of the window saying "copying
.. to …" indicating file copying. However, this happens *very* fast (too
fast) and the target directory remains non-existent and empty.
The program group is created but double clicking on the Nautilus Icon says
"Working Directory Invalid"
What's happening?
