TV Monitors
You're going to love my solution! I recently had my targa monitor blow a tube
and wasn't prepared to spend the necessary $$$$ to duplicate my mitsubishi 13".
I started shopping around and found a Panasonic 13" data grade CGA monitor for
$75.00 at a used computer pawn shop. There are several varieties out there
with dot pitch .31 and .41 which work great. Not Y/C but they are much higher
quality than a regular TV with video in. Try Commodor and Magnavox as well. I
found the Panasonic had slight sharper picture especially in the corners. If
your handy you can locate the 75 ohm resistor on the PC board, cut it and
modify for video loop thru with external termination. I do miss having blue
gun though!
