Sounds fine, I'd just (naturally) want to see the letter before authorizing adding my name. I have to admit I don't put much stock in this sort of thing. I figure, if they care about user feedback, they are already monitoring related public forums like this one, and know what we're saying. If they don't care about that feedback, then the letter won't matter much anyway. But sure, it can't hurt. ===Scott
