Thanks. I did download RDPrep and it looks real good. But it does not include a device driver, and a good look through my 3.0 disks reveals that Commodore has not included scsi.device or any other hard drive related items. Looks like I'll be picking up their $30 installation kit. As for the drives, I'm wondering if maybe these 2.5" ones are simply too new and sought-after to be flooding the used market the way the smaller Mac drives did. I'll likely pay a little extra ($250 or so) and get myself a new Conner Peripherals drive. I've had great results with this brand and would like to stick with it if I'm going to have to shell out $$ for a new one.
