I bought a CTX 17" monitor for my PC. It cost less than half the Sony
SE17 I had on trial ($, and it performs at least half as well, so I guess
it is a good deal. 😉
My impression of CTX is that it is cheap stuff, but not horrible. Depends
on what you are using it for and what your budget is. If I sat in front
of the PC all day, I'd have spent twice as much money for a better
monitor, but since I don't, I didn't.
