Thanks. I found TWAIN on the HPPER (HP Peripherals) forum. We got a letter back from the Arkansas Attorney General, along with a copy of a letter from US Cyberlabs. The US Cyberlabs letter basically said that we were abusive and hard to deal with. We are just going to drop the whole thing. We have no wish to deal with people who think the way they do. They have earned themselves a couple of bitter enemies for their trouble, when they could have had a couple of happy customers. Go figure. -larry
