An HP DeskJet printer driver is included with the Amiga's Workbench (there
is to my knowledge no special DeskJet 500 driver). There are commercial
driver packages available, for example the "Studio" package from a German
programmer which is (at least in Germany) also available in a cut-down
"light" version from Hewlett Packard directly.
