We realize that ANY contest will limit the type of data we get. The reality is the entry is judged on the submitted Image or Animation. That becomes the 'signature' of that entry and we'll rarely change it in a promotion BUT the reality is at some point we may need to and of course we are obligated to 'warn' the entrant. In the entry form there is a section for describing the submission. You could use this to outline any special concerns you have regarding changing the image.
