Hmmmm . . . .
I know I'm probably missing something but:
Wouldn't the probability of picking two materials from 200 be:
p = 1/200 x 1/199 = 1/39,800
Or one in 39,800 ?
I guess its how you define the event but I don't think the first person's
selection of the two materials enters the equation: only the second person's
"attempt" to match the previously selected materials.
Of course, the actual probability of two people selecting the same two
materials would be reduced substantially by the exclusion of materials clearly
not suitable for the object (e.g., wireframe, etc).
