Brian: Commodore hasn't issued any new stock. The only stock available to the public markets is already in the market and in the hands of existing stockholders. Thus, any purchase of Commodore stock right now benefits only the existing stockholder who is selling it, not Commodore. Under the present circumstances, it is highly unlikely that Commodore could find anyone to underwrite a new (actually a "secondary") offering. Jerry
