DXF RATNEST ???

Thanks for the input. However, I have one question for you. How come AutoCad
will read these DXF files with the voids from MicroStation correctly and 3D
Studio will not?
PS-just out of curiosity, does the AIA stand for Amer. Institute of Architects?
