floodfill for metafiles
We are looking for a floodfill function wich accept at least 2 colors value for
the border detection, it would be very usefull in case of geographical map
where ofently one of the area border is surounded by a state border for
example.
Our files are metafiles exported from Autocad, we made some tuning on those
files to remove some redundancy but each area that we want to fill are not
plain polygon. (the polylines are common for different area)
We are working under windows 3.1 and BC 3.1
Does anyone knows such tool or solution to properly fill an area delimited by
polylines ?
