Thanks, Bob. I left a message for them today but haven't heard back yet. I've got a lot of work to due and have to deliver a finished product May 1st, so any tips on streamlining the process would be appreciated. They sound like a pretty good company from everything I've heard, but this is the second time I've had to wait for something it seems like a receptionist should be able to answer. While they have the advantage of being almost local, is there anyone else that you can recommend for some comparison shopping? David.
