Avalon at China Beach is a good place to find a lot of stuff, but it's older. There are some posts on PCGNet (and indeed on the internet itself in the CG area) that give out tons of 3D-oriented sites. Again, it's catch-as-catch-can… You may find some textures at one, and some Wavefront OBJ objects at another. Can you convert them to a format that 3DS can use? Is it worth the trouble? Are the files any good after you can finally visually evaluate them? It all takes time, and that's why the Rendering Plant BBS exists. If you can't find the CG site list on internet, I'll check with the other sysops and see if I can provide you with some more info. I think there may even be some good site lists on line at TRP BBS, but I'm not where I can check it right now. Thanks Jim
