The educational 3DS dealer in Colorado was grandfathered in because he handled ACAD. I have offered to work with them, for a fee, to cover their A_S when putting together proposals. This does work out here, I guess the old western addage of help your nieghbor is still alive. I too am frustrated by having to walk away from deals. Most of the time I route them through the government sales method, still a good discount, rather than loose them to the school process. 'course that only works if your fast on your feet. regards- jp
