CBU was not traded on the NYSE on 14 April 1994. It was traded on the
Boston, Chicago, and other exchanges as it has been all along. It closed
the day unchanged with 215k shares traded … much higher than the average
of the last couple of weeks (30k) but hardly a "snatching up" as there are
33M shares issued.
