Brian,
have a look into your Devs/DOSDrivers drawer. There should be an icon
for "Pipe" in it. To use your floppy with MS-DOS format you need a "PCx"
as well ("x" being the unit, like in df0:, df1:, etc.). If it's not
already there, you will find a "PC0" and a "PC1" in your
Storage/DOSDrivers drawer. Just copy the file(s) you need to your
Devs/DOSDrivers drawer and double-click on it/them which will mount the
respective drives as MS-DOS format. From now on this will be done
automatically when booting until you remove the files again from the dir.
Apart from that, in your Tools/Commodities drawer, you'll find CrossDOS,
which lets you alter the "Text Filtering" and "Text Translation" settings
(read your manual what they do respectively – I just left'em like they
were…).
Sorry, I just had a quick browse though MY manuals and it only says
"720KB", so I think you may have to create some modified "Mountlist"
entries to cater for the MS-DOS HD format…
