Ohhhh!!! I thought you were referring to a connection with null modem cables between the IBM clone and the Amiga and using PC Norton Anywhere in HOST mode on the IBM side with the Amiga running VT100 (8bits) to control the IBM side ala running Unix programs on a host from a dumb terminal, the only drawback to this is that there are certain programs on the IBM side that the VT100 terminal emulation cannot run properly either because of mismatched keyboard mappings between the IBM/VT100 or the screen does not map properly. The Cross DOS is a given when swapping data back and forth. DAMN!!! I MISS THE BB's primitive but effective solution. Maybe I oughta give PC TASK a try again. Catya,
