Mark, I have the Truevision VideoVGA 16 and am quite pleased with the quality.
One fall back is that it becomes your one and only VGA card, it will not
tolerate competition with another board in your system. It has SVHS and NTSC
output and input, color keying and most of the other basics for a medium price.
