I have to admit to not following it all that closely, but I was under the
impression that it was only suspended for a couple of days due to an
"imbalance" in sellers to buyers. Then as far as I knew it went back on
sale at 5/8 and slowly climbed over a couple of weeks to 1.00. I was not
aware of any repeated suspensions.
