He is dreaming. The company right now is only the technology and the
people. Track record would indicate that Sony would not want the upper
management or sales force. And they certainly wouldn't stand for
engineering/technical layoffs. And they have no use for the technology.
And, since CBM is all but buried, they wouldn't need to buy them out to
shut them down to eliminate some competition…. Methinks your dealer has
some interesting chemical pastimes….
