Glen, yes, ImageMaster will do this Blade Runner-type image enhancement very well, if you start with a high-resolution scan, so that the last zoom still shows some detail instead of a blurry mess. (this enhancement gadget is _science-fiction_, remember. You can't expect your computer to come up with missing information on its own.) So you take a sharp 35mm snapshot, have the negative scanned at a service bureau, save it as a TIFF (I guess — ImageMaster will handle several IBM and Mac formats) and bring the image to your Amiga. By the way, the Black Belt BBS has a macro called "Zoomulator" which will automate this zoom-in effect for you. Blaq!
