I don't know about chip availability. If they do what they've always done, a
single user won't be able to get it for quite a while. Only fully built boards.
In fact, Intel doesn't like anyone selling retail other than themselves. That's
the reason for those "Overdrive" chips. Regarding the Alpha, it runs at 75MHz.
The 150 is speed doubling within the chip just like the x86.
