Yes. The scenerio I see coming … If there is any interest in purchasing the technology (and I've been told that that are several, ie., more than 2, that are interested) I don't believe it'll happen before a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Why? Because takeover of the company would make the new owners liable for CIL's debt. If they wait, they can get what they want from the bankruptcy court and not inherit the debt.
