Actually Chapter 7 is the best scenerio. The reason? A Judge must decide who gets the assets, not Medhi Ali or any of the Commodore cronies. When someone picks up the technology the fastest way to make a return on the investment is to license the technology to all of the interested corporations — read SCALA, Newtek, etc. Think of the Amiga as a licensed technology. Think of this as the end of Commodore. The real question remains is who will license it and what for. Is the home computer Amiga dead? Who knows. By the way, my co-worker at SCALA is Mike Levin. He will be here for a CO as soon as there is some real information. Believe me folks, he is trying to influence things. I have come to have a great deal of respect for him.
