Yeah, know what you mean there – I've got a friend close to completing her Chemist degree, very intelligent – but I can't convince her to buy an Amiga because she wants a 386 system. For someone as intelligent as she, it seems a tradgedy that she is adamantly disinterested in using or learning about computers beyond using Word Perfect and Lotus 1-2-3. She called Amigas the 'Lego computer system', where Amigans are constantly barraged with new chips, cards and programs to add on to the basic system – I tried to explain this is the whole point (of course, this did not help my agrument much, but it made me feel better. I was doomed in this endeavor anyway). Sheesh, some people just don't get it….
