I have seen a utility up on avalon.vislab.navy.mil that supposedly fixes the
long startup times with Mach64 cards. The way I understand it the vibrant
driver polls the card
about 100 times more than it has to at startup. I'm sorry, but I don't recall a
name for the file. I also have a Mach65 card (Graphics Pro Turbo) and am very
pleased with
it except for the 3DS problems. There are also new Vibrant updates on avalon
and I believe the newest are 1.6 p5 (I could be wrong).
