PMJI, John, but got a quick question for ya. In the FAQ for the PVR, they say
that the 'video output section utilizes 10 bit 2X oversampled encoding'. What
do they mean by this (specifically the 10 bit part)? Does this mean my PAR is
an 8 bit/6 bit/2.5 bit? Sorry, I'm just unclear as to how bit depth relates to
these DVR type thingies, as opposed to picture color depth. Any info that makes
me better than non-informed (my current state :^) would be appreciated.
