You have to admit that this list seems anemic compared to what Lightwave is doing right now, not even to mention projects in the works. To say that Lightwave hasn't made the in-roads with the Hollywood community as much as 3D Studio is laughable propaganda. Both programs are very powerful 3D packages, especially considering that they are being used on desktop computers. I would however go as far as to say that Lightwave is a MUCH better value than 3DS, especially when you take into account all the IPAS routines that you would have to purchase to get features that are in Lightwave right out of the box. I do realize that you are a developer for 3DS and I offer kudos for the work you have done on plug-ins for 3DS. I have a Pentium computer that has PAR installed just waiting for the PC version of Lightwave to be released and I will buy 3DS eventually as I am dropping the Amiga entirely now. Right now I am forced to use it on a friends computer when he is not using it. I hope that I have not stirred any hard feelings through my admittedly strong opinions. Regards.
