Whenever I can't find it, I always do a region fit
(Surface/Mapping/Adjust/Region Fit) then re-adjust it the way you want. this
only works with planar mapping, but you can always change it to whatever you
want once it is back in frame.
You can also try Surface/Mapping/Adjust/Acquire
