Michael, By far, the most realistic earth map I've ever seen is sold by Viewpoint. You'll end up paying a lot for it. But you can get it with or without the ocean floor, a seperate cloud map, a grayscale mountain elevation map <displacement map> – all at HUGE resolutions. It's pretty phenominal. I believe it's the same one that a guy made a while back by pooling together all the photos of the Earth he could get his hands on – then he cut and pasted a 'cloudless earth' together. If your $budget$ permits it, I'd suggest picking it up. -Kyle
