Why Windows indeed? The reason probably relates to the AAPro interface. A
number of people reported it quirky and hard to learn. (Yes, and lots of
people like it.)
There is also such a great move in the industry towards Windows, and multimedia
has better tools in the Windows environment than in the DOS environment. (I
guess)
