Brandon, I think it sure couldn't hurt, are you volunteering? That what happened to me, if you mention it, you usually end up getting the job <BG>. I also think that its the money they have to spend that keeps them away. Many don't have the financial resources to allow them to spend the money upfront in hopes that they will win. Sometimes its just that they don't know that someone locally is available. Its a marketing problem I'm not sure how to tackle. Any ideas? We need someone thats sharp in a business sense to do a study that will show the attorneys return on their investment, what size of case where they would brake even and so on.
