Either in that press release or in another posting, there's a mention of a
sidegrade offer for existing Toaster owners. $2,995 for the plain version,
$4,995 for the "Professional".
Avid, incidentally, cut its price on their Media Suite Pro to $7,995 and
introduced a portable digital system as well (at $60,000).
Things are really going to get interesting in video land.
