You can download things for your brother's Amiga and move them across IF he has
CrossDOS or an equivalent program that lets the Amiga read MSDOS disks. If he
has updated his OS to 2.1 or later, CrossDOS comes built in. If not, he can
buy it from most any Amiga dealer or mail-order firm for less than $30. Then,
you can download to 720K disks and he can read them. You can unpack the files
on your PC and copy them to the 720K disks for him to use in the Amiga, or else
you can get an Amiga version of ZIP for him to use to unpack on the Amiga. The
PC version will not work on the Amiga, but the binary program can be read by
the Amiga after it is unpacked.
