Unfortunately, this is not entirely true. NT emulates many of the Win3.x API's but for things like applications that tie in closely with the print architecture or comm API's in Windows such as our WinFax PRO, it (NT) breaks it. There are also some standard GDI calls that have never been emulated or do so differently than under 3.1.
