Jim, Under no circumstances has anyone in the Amiga market saturated or sold all of the potential customers. If you build them someone will buy, and if they buy, they have the right to expect support and access to that support. GVP had an automated voice mail system that would not take messages. I explored that voice mail system twice and spent the better part of 20 minutes of long distance time discovering that fact. Their fax machine, more often than not did not pick up and answer and when it did, I could never complete a transmission due to dirty and noisy conditions. Finaly, I found some one here that was able to help me. As for your question, customers are customers. They will either be yours, or if you don't meet their needs, they will go somewhere else and shop there. muv — AutoPilot vs 1.80 from Mpls/St. Paul Daniel A. Darlington c3ltd@winternet.com
