IBM has reported market share gains by all of its' divisions in the last fiscal
quarter. I have also wondered why IBM just doesn't buy the C= assets and either
bury or use them. Afterall, 16 mill is petty cash for Big Blue. It would
certainly eliminate the need for 100 page legal briefs.
