LOCALE
Betty,
I think I did reinstall the LOCALE files. They are in my Workbench and they
are called Catalogs, Classes, Countries, and Languages. But inside my Locale
Prefs I only have English as the available language. I have no countries or
Preferred Languages. Those sections are blank. Maybe I need to put something in
them.
I tried giving a few commands to my user-startup but no success. I checked
my Startup sequence and it seems ok.
