hi Ed. maybe i'm not grasping this <g>, but if 1FRAME.FLC is going to be played only once anyways, by not have it be "a"? loadflic blank.flc LOOP (FOREVER) loop(forever) 1FRAME.FLC BLANK.FLC // one frame flic with nothing KEYCHOICE keychoice a a FLC1.FLC 1FRAME.FLC b => b FLC2.FLC FLC1.FLC c c FLC3.FLC FLC2.FLC ENDCHOICE endchoice ENDLOOP… endloop freeflic blank.flc this way, even though the original 1FRAME was playing each time, if this flic is just black, nothing will show between the keychoices, and if what you originally needed to show in 1FRAME needs to be shown once, spot it as the first keychoice option! hooray!
