It would seem people take a much different attitude towards driving on the east coast (at least the parts of the east coast I have been to). Having been born and raised on the west coast, I was kinda used to wide streets, lots of highways, space, and all that, then I get to new england, and it's cramped, the roads are in bad shape and everyone seems to drive like their aren't any rules. I was glad I didn't have to do the driving while we were there. Even with all that, I really did like Boston. It is a neat city.
