>>> Strange serial killers in Wisconsin? Incredible! <<< Hi John, I knew I could count on you <BG>. Now that I think back on it, Wisconsin _has_ had it's share and then some; of high profile serial killers…going all the way back to Ed Guene probably our most notorious. However It's not the "Occasional serial killer I'm worried about… it's the general overwhelming lack of any social order in major portions of the cities that can easily get one killed. I know I've got a lot less of a chance of running in to a Jeff Domer on a daily basis and therefore much less risk. However, just get lost on the wrong side of Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Louis, L.A. any large city and you are guranteed to be in big trouble! At the very least your gonna loose your wallet and with the drug influence and gang members still in what use to be refered to as "their childhood" there is literally no respect for human life whatsoever. I'll still take my chances in the mid sized cities but the larger cities are currently in the same catagory as what we used to refer to as a killing field. Sure I could buy a vest ..(not much help against knifes and head shots).. and get a license to carry a gun (there's a comfortable feeling ..NOT!.. )…..why? If the quality of life is that bad, I don't care to enter into the environment if I can at all help it. Remember Escape from New York? Interesting Movie….becoming too true though. I gotta' go clean my gun. <g> Murph'
