I agree with those who advise that Imagine L/T is the route for you to go.
You'll find many improvements to the modeller and a _lot_ of good textures.
Unless I'm mistaken, you also get a manual, and, despite what _some_ have said,
the 3.0 manual is a useful thing to have. You will not get some things useful
for animations, but those aren't in 2.0 anyway.
As for memory, are you stuck, as I was, with a machine that just can't accept
more memory? If not, another 4 megs might not break the bank and would make
all the difference as far as Imagine (or any other 3d program) is concerned.
