Of course, I may be more easily spooked about this sort of thing than most. << The simms aren't that bad, but plugging a VLB card into a new motherboard can be sort of scary.<g> To plug in a simm I just angle it in to get the connector edge lined up in the slot and push it up until it pops in. I've been pretty abusive to my mother board, and haven't had any problems. I do try to keep a hand putting opposite pressure from the other side of the motherboard. The only thing I've lost in years of doing all my own computer upgrades and repairs was a 40 meg hard drive which I immediately replaced with a whopping 80 megger.<G> -Sam J. Bowling
