I have found that Addison-Wesley (a pub. firm) is producing the Amiga manuals.
i found this from Comidore; the manuals are:

KERNEL REF.EXEC DUE JUNE [A
THESE ARE ALL AVAILBLE FROM THE PUBLISHER THE PHONE NUMBER IS
(617)944-3700 this is in Reading,Massachusetts when you call tell them
that it is for a single person for they also take orders on this line from
stores.Prices are all around 30.00 execpt for the ROM KERNEL REF LIB which
will be about 10.00 more.
